Vintage HORSE RACING Black and Gold MATCHBOOK Matchcover 1978 KENTUCKY DERBY “Run For The Roses” MOTTO Included With Horse Head in HORSE SHOE LOGO. Condition is "Used". No matches inside. Shipped with USPS First Class. Manufactured by DERBYTOWN Party Favors out of LOUISVILLE, Kentucky KY. This item is 43 years old and shows some wear and age (and actually, GREAT PATINA which some collectors prefer). On the front, where the staple once was at the bottom - there is now a line shaped “hole”. And the striking surface of the back is worn down from use. On the inside, there is some discoloration and holes once again from where the staple used to be. None of these flaws detract from the overall great appearance of this item, in my opinion. Look at the pictures and you be the judge. I base shipping costs on the buyers zip code. I use very low weight (but protective) shipping materials in an effort to reduce shipping costs. Postage rate is FIRM at at least. That is the rock bottom, lowest shipping fee the post office charges for packages at First Class.
